Why even have an intercom to let associates know customers need help? No one shows up. Sure, I'll just stand by these doorknobs for half an hour waiting for nothing. Terrible customer service.
Received our New LG bottom freezer from The Home Depot. Getting used to the different shelving & sizes. Had a side by side for the last 15 years. Bonnie did a great job for us in Appliances. Go see Bonnie & tell her Claire sent you. Booyah Bonnie.

I can tell you that the customer service within this store is terrible. It has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for my door to be installed. I had to call the store several times to initiate contact When I called and expressed my displeasure with the customer service there was no apology, empathy nor sympathy. Back to Lowes I go. The senior leadership team from Home Depot should check out this store for the level of service to the community.
