I spend alot of time shopping there to do my handy work. Home Depot is my toy store and makes what I do easier and has great staff and great products
No. Terrible customer service. Let me change that to no customer service in the flooring dept. I was going to spend $5000 and I left and went to another competitor
Had exactly what we needed!
Home Depot failed to deliver my refrigerator, failed to call me and tell me, and most importantly, failed to rectify the issue. Their answer was to simply reschedule for five days later than originally promised. I have no refrigerator in my home. Home Depot has managed to deliver the absolute worst customer service experience of my life.
We went for the Kids workshop! It was so much fun and so organized. I will think to go to Home Depot before other stores.
THANK YOU Brian and Ricardo for being amazing and helping me get the emergency plumbing part I needed at 8:05 after closing time. Because of you our plumbing emergency was fixed within 2 hours on Sunday night and we are so incredibly grateful!! �

Poor customer service. So hard to find someone and then they’re always busy. Also, you need a button at the cutting area so people don’t have to walk all the way across the store to get someone paged again and lose their place in line. Super frustrating.
