I walked up to an employee behind a desk who didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I know he saw me looking like I needed help. I turned around and found another employee in an aisle. Asked him my question and he answered, a pile of boxes in my cart fell out onto the ground right in front of him and he just walked away, leaving me to pick them up and didn’t even offer to help. It was incredibly rude!
Today we went to Home Depot so my daughter could pick out her room color. She picked Lime Green. The paint guy was great, he showed Sophia how to mix the paint, and even let her help. The manager Melissa Baker was near by, and saw how excited Sophia was, and she said that her team had created a easel and chalk board. She took us to the back, and asked us if she could give it to Sophia. Shitty staff. I was away traveling and my wife made the effort to pick up our new BBQ. 1. They built it even if we told them not to. 2. They questioned her ability to be able to transport it home. 3. They questioned if she could drive 'a truck'. Shitty staff, shitty service. Home Depot should be empowering women, not pushing then down or questioning them.
This 5 star rating is based solely on Ron who helped us (and fixed our mistake) on a fridge we purchased. Ron R. is the real MVP!!
