I bought a shed from Home Depot back on 7/3. Expected delivery on 7/26. They shipped it on 7/8. Got a message from the carrier saying I’d have it the following week. Cool. Right? Well no. I had great service when We were buying our appliances and other items but the next day I go to pick them up the service was horrible I bought a tool bench the lady was Rolling it out to me and the wheel started to wobble around I ask her for another one and she looks like I’m just annoying her
Twice now I have been to the local stores, they show inventory and when I go there I cannot find any, having to wait in line for 20 minutes for customer service who tell me - sorry - we don't have inventory. If you have an app showing inventory levels - KEEP IT UP TO DATE!!!

Literally was just in here looking for paint options and let me tell you the guy behind the counter at the paint department blew me away with his customer service! Super knowledgeable, friendly and made out experience the best! I didn’t catch his name which I wish I had because he needs to be recognized.
Clean store, horribly understaffed. Only one guy in the paint department knew what he was doing(Ted), the other guys kept interrupting him to ask for help on simple stuff. No one in the lighting department and could not find a manager anywhere
What was the cat hurting? People made comments about how Kool it was , you dumped it ....., your done
