Had an expirience with two super rude employees, one actually approached me, seemingly trying to fight me, and said "I saw you pointing at us, do you have a problem?" Instead of letting her intimidate me, I responded "are you a manager?" Obviously the reply was no, she then refused to get the manager. I definitely wasn't pointing at her, just shopping with my parents, whom witnessed this incident in disbelief. I will drive further to Menards or Lowe's.

Bought carpet. Which I love but the installers. I can see the seam. Not too happy with that. They should do a better job making it so I don't see. And hope depot does not seem to care when I called to complain.

We spend on average 20k a month at Home Depot and had been buying all our materials from them, I overbought 605.58 worth of merchandise that I was denied a return on. What a joke, we stood there over an hour had to do the transaction twice and then to be told oh well. Are you kidding me! No more, after this experience I don't want to shop there anymore.
