Temporarily not recommending during COVID-19 outbreak. Ordered "stuff" online to pickup. A little glitch, but whatever. But while forced to spend extra time in the store, fully 20%, perhaps more, customers were not wearing masks. They all just happened to be male. I'm aware that certain medical conditions can preclude wearing a mask as mandated. But 1 in 5, or 1 in 4 there tonight had COPD, asthma, or PTSD? Was informed at the customer service desk that this location does not price match any competitors online pricing, regular or sale pricing, from Amazon, Lowe’s, Walmart, anyone, doesn’t matter. Prices as marked in store are what they are.

Horrible service! I had a gift card to use which they wouldn't let me use.
The first woman i tried to work with was rude. I dropped off a defective toilet seat which had been special ordered and shipped to my home. She was too rude to try to reorder a new toilet seat. I came back later, and Sarah was very nice We got it ordered in 20 minutes. She got me a discount, because i had to come in with it.
