I came and stood at the customer service desk waiting for 1 of 6 employees to acknowledge me. No eye contact no welcome no no nothing. Finally I get a what's up... (2 chatting to each other, 2 on cell phones and 2 on the computer) What's Up? Worst attitudes toward a customer.
We ordered a refrigerator for our new home on 8/30 to be delivered on 9/5. When the refrigerator was delivered on 9/5 there was a horrible scratch down the front. We were told the only time the replacement refrigerator could be delivered was 9/12. We received a phone call on 9/11 that the refrigerator will not be delivered until 9/20. When my husband spoke to several customer service agents he was told there are 80 of that model in the warehouse but there was no way to expedite the delivery due to system constraints.
