a suggestion during COVID 19. Since the pro line has been removed can we get a line for essential workers vs people just out for a lark and some shopping? recently I've been not coming to your store after a certain time needing items to do my job because everyone and their dog is in a line and I do not have an hour to wait. We rented equipment only to get it home and it would not operate. Now I understand equipment can have issues, but it wouldn’t even start confirming they didn’t even test it before we drove it home. Upon return, they told us there’s nothing they can do but swap it out — no refund. We are now 4 hours behind on our work. The sales associate Adrian, proceeded to grumble comments a display of terrible customer service and a low quality experience. I would not recommend renting from this store.
We love Jose at the Tigard Home Depot! He is hands down an amazing and patient man perfect to run the Kids Workshops! My kids had so much fun and really enjoyed Jose taking the time to talk to them. We will definitely be coming back for more projects!
