Feeling like the Ashland Home Depot is my second home during our major bathroom remodel project, lol. But I have to give a shout out to this place because every time I've been here, no matter what department I'm in, there are always helpful people with smiles! Been there at least 10 times throughout the last 2 months and every time a good experience. Very impressive, keep it up!!
1 and 1\2 hrs. Waiting on paint. Manager gave the boy mixing a nasty attitude he didn't know what he was doing either. 15 gals later the right stuff! 8 or 9 people trying to get waited on. Then when we went to check out we had about 400$ in wood some small items that they never even put in a bag!! The guy helping to load our 500$ + load had to go get one!! You might save a little at big stores but nothing is like small store service. Sherwin Williams for all my paint purchases from now on!!
KUDOS TO ASHLAND OHIO HOME DEPOT-------We bought water tank to replace ours that had gone out----picked it up ourselves & delivered ourselves----opened box & you guessed it---it was damaged---BIG dent in bottom---called em up-& THEY BROUGHT US A NEW ONE TO THE HOUSE & TOOK the damaged one back---GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS-----thank you soooo much for taking care of your customers---THIS WAS WAY ABOVE & BEYOND your responsibility
I just had our daughter's birthday party here and Carrie did an EXCELLENT job! I was delighted with the decorations and the kids loved the craft! Thank you so much Carrie and The Home Depot for making Katie's birthday so great!
