We have been shopping at this location, and using my husband’s military services card for many many transactions to date, until today we were informed you must be active, retired or disabled. The explanation was the cashiers must have made a mistake, multiple cashiers multiple times? Really? No thank you for your service just no we can’t accept that card. Really?
God Bless Jim, the manager at the Ashland Home Depot tonight! We had a Bernese Mountain Dog that decided to get sick while we were gone. Home Depot closed at 8. We were half way up I-71 by 7:57. Jim decided to be an amazing human and stay open long enough for us to get in, get a floor scrubber, rent it, and get out! So, thank you Jim for saving our floors, and being a dog person that understands!
refuse to give veterans discounts unless you have a disability!!!!! Will drive to Mansfield and go to Lowes!!!!

I went to Ashland, Ohio Home Depot today to buy a upright freezer. Employee told us there was only one on display. Didn't offer to show me any other choices. As I am sure you sell other upright freezers! I guess she was too busy to go sit down & talk to another employee! Asked me, do you want it ? Acted like I couldn't afford it! We have bought 7 plus major appliances from them! Never again! We also walked around for at least 15 minutes before we could find anyone to wait on us! I found everything I was looking for, the employees, were very helpful, helped us find, what we were looking for and helped us load it.
The salesman did an excellant job. The delivery was awesome and was on time. We will buy all of our appliances from Home Depot from now on.
