I love the service in our Lebanon, PA Home Depot, we are greeted immediately upon entering the store, and the service is great.
My husband and I went shopping for a new French door and the service was horrible but we needed one so we bought it anyways along with installation. We had to wait 3 weeks after purchased to have it installed. They installation guys showed up and asked where the door was that had been delivered. Home Depot never set up delivery so after 2 phone calls of complaining I’m hoping maybe I can get it delivered and installed within the month at the rate this Home Depot moves. I’m definitely not a fan of Home Depot right now.
Wish prices were more fair to us but i love the programs , supplies, & workers they have in Ashland.
Courtney was the bomb !!! Excellent service in the paint department. Also Donovan Fisher was very helpful!!!
No help, and if they do finally ask if you need help, they don't show u were item is, just say it's down that aslie. Too busy standing around texting or talking to each other. Poor customer service. Lady's at checkout are the nicest employees in the whole store!!!!
Could not give lower review. Ordered shingles 3 weeks ago and was told 3 to 4 days. Called last week and was promised Friday. Today is Monday and still no shingles, but the money came out of our account 3 weeks ago! THEIR customer service person is rude and seems to not want to deal with people on phone, only those in front of her. DO NOT go here if you need supplies quickly. #still waiting
