I dont understand why a hardware would open so late.
Me and my mother went to Home Depot looking to replace three appliances. We found a microwave, Range and Dishwasher for a reasonable price.... But! We walked away from the sale because they wanted to charge $100.00 to install the dishwasher, $100.00 to install the microwave, $15.00 to haul away the old appliances... We were going to spend $245.00 before we even bought the damn appliances. By the time we added up the installment fees, haul away fees and the appliances... It equaled up to over $1,000.00. Only reason I didn't give it a 1 is because Jenni was very informative. You need to train your employees that when a customer is being helped not to interrupt. Unfortunately,I was interrupted not once but twice. So I decided if I'm not go enough to receive 100% customer service. I will take my business to Lowe's or maybe try another Home Depot.
On super busy Black Friday I wandered in, all frazzled. I will not go into details because it is a long story, but I left in tears (of joy!) because of the absolute kindness and generosity of the store manager. I am a loyal customer of Home Depot for life because of his amazing customer service.
The best learning on saturday with children. Its even a funny event...
Not even a star. Called home depot to get a new ac unit and furnace installed. They sent a contractor from total comfort. The old man was nice and guaranteed me that he was putting the best unit in my house. 2 weeks after installation the ac unit turned off and when I checked, the pipe was frozen over. Great my family was over to visit from Philadelphia and had to sit here in sweat while waiting for these people to fix the problem. My brother said that the unit installed was the cheapest of its kind. So basically I'm screwed... read more
