My daughter and I paid for flooring and installation through Home Depot in Leavenworth. Two months after, they were finally supposed to install. We were given a window of 8 am to 10 am. It is now 7 pm, installer never showed, Home Depot can’t find him. He is gone and the flooring is gone. Companies should get references, this reflects badly on the store. Never buy flooring from this Home Depot! We better get our money back and a reimbursement for time off work waiting for someone to show up as well.

They need to have check out people in the front of the store and not Self check out. Wont shop there and work there for free. I will however shop down the street or use amazon.
Our Leavenworth Home Depot is great! It’s staffed well. The staff is friendly and helpful and whatever you can’t find in the store you can get conveniently online! I’ve spent on average of 10 hours per week there for the past 3 months during our home remodel. I feel Like it’s my home away from home! HUGE shout out to Robert, Ginger, and Pam in the kitchen department! Robert and Ginger just helped me design a gorgeous kitchen! I’ve done 85% of my updates with Home Depot products! I’m very pleased with the outcome so far!

This may be a petty complaint but I recently purchased a hummingbird feeder. (one of the more expensive ones) When I got home and filled with the juice it leaked from every opening possible. Went back to home depot and exchanged for another. The next morning once again my patio is covered in juice from leaking around the petals. Back to home depot I went. Have had second replacement for about a week and YES it is starting to leak around the petals. Needless to say I am going to DR it up. Really???
Horrible customer service. I went and bought a refrigerator and they promised to have it delivered today. They called one hour before they told me that it won't be able to get here till Friday. The customer representative that I talk to at the store was overly rude told me that I should I not have put out my old refrigerator even though they guarantee that they would deliver it today. If you want good customer service and actual delivery time I suggest you go to Nebraska Furniture Mart.
