They have an old man working the floor who starts conversations and then, when you answer him in a normal tone of voice, you get "Pardon? Say again? Pardon? Say again?" Turns out the guy is as deaf as a fence post and, if he has a disability that prevents him from doing his job there, I'm wondering why he has a job there. Bought some carpet today for an exterior project used what they sell for exterior glue. Bleeds right through the A surface without hardly any pressure. I work in automotive carpet using a way thinner substance and scrap better carpet every day. waste of money
I ordered a compact freezer from their website and had some issues as a Canadian customer. Suzette, Linda and the other staff at the service /order desk went above and beyond to get my product ordered. so grateful to them for such extraordinary customer service! Our local home depot doesnt hold a candle to the service I've received here.
We came from Sarnia Ontario to the Home Depot in Port Huron on Sunday Aug 12 2018 and got the best ever help for our plumbing problem. We can't remember the gent's name, but the fabulous service was memorable. We will go there first from now on.

I bought a kind of fixer upper home 2 years ago and have been doing the upgrades myself. Occasionally it's hard to find an employee to help with locating things, but once I do I have never once been brushed off or made to feel incompetent. They answer questions, give advice and ideas, and really seem excited along with me when I tell them about the newest project I'm doing. Your store is a joke. I go in there to get new dewalt tapes because mine broke and they have a lifetime warranty and the girl you have working at returns right now tells me they don't do that and I have to go through dewalt. That's bullshit. I'll just be doing my shopping at the Lapeer location from now on.
