Ordered a stackable washer/dryer and paid for Haul away of old unit and install of new unit. Guys arrived and said oh you need a plumber the water hoses are corrosion we can’t get them off. I told them to take the unit off the truck and put it on patio. They gave me their number so if I got the hoses off they’d swing back. I took the hoses off with my hand No Corrosion!! Don’t order any appliances if you can’t take them in the house yourself!! It took months to get the appliances and now there is a $1000 refrigerator sitting in the driveway!
Ordered appliances on 6/24. After MANY cancellations they were delivered today 10/8. The company delivering them would not bring in the refrigerator, it is sitting in my driveway. Thankfully my husband is home and my dad is able to help bring it in. After so many months of waiting, this is just so frustrating.
Follow through delivery. After 6 weeks of rescheduled delivery days (they cancel on day of delivery) saying it's a contracted company and out of their hands is ridiculous. 6 weeks, still dont have my product, just sitting in a warehouse a few hours away.
A woman I know purchased a floor from them months ago. It has never been delivered and home depot will not refund her money or give her store credit. She is out $400.
we were looking for recessed lighting,, could not find much, the man helping us said... What you see is what you get. He didn't seem to like his job. He was an older man. Told us to order them on line. didn't want look anything up!! won't be back!!
I am disabled and was walking toward the lumber side with My cane, I almost got there when an employee said I had to walk to the other entrance, I got in My car, drove to the other entrance and was greatfull they had electric carts, the girl on this end repeated what the other employee said, I told her I would need help in lumber she said it would be no problem, well it was I drove around on that electric cart in the ;lumber section with my arm around one of those orange lumber carts, not one person asked if they could help,... read more
Epic Fail! Poor customer service.
I went for a pickup order. I realized i had the wrong item, was standing at the entrance, when an employee approached me, very close, without a mask, instructing me to exit the store. They are not following cdc precautions, and I was very disappointed in the lack of empathy in my short encounter with this employee. They did not offer assistance, they only had interest in getting me out of the store. I am a healthcare worker and have more than the average person’s knowledge of infection control. I was very disappointed.
