Went into the store tonight to attempt to buy a bench planer, looked around the tool section and was unable to locate any, so I asked a lady that was in the section if they had any, she looked and then asked another kid, he had no ideal even what it was and just told me they didn’t have any. Never have problems when going there!
worst customer service experience ever. I went to the service dest and asked for help. The young man told me to go to aisle 1. I was stumped. zi told him that I needed help finding the right light bulb. He was extremely sarcastic. zHe said " you need help!" I said that's what I asked. I waked out and he said "well alrighty. " He was not the only one at the customer service area.
They don’t stand behind their products
This is the worst store to go to in Amarillo. Period. There are 4 people at the pro desk and yet three customers sitting around waiting because they have no idea what they are doing. I will never come back to this place again. Go to Lowe’s. This is ridiculous.
I almost always find what I need and the staff have been helpful.
