Went to pick up pickets ! Got exactly what we needed! I have bought all my appliances thru Home Depot! Very pleased!
Remodeling the bathroom. And boom; the exact tile I wanted was at a crazy sale price. Thank you!! Got everything, and I mean everything we needed to do the bathroom. Didn't have to go store to store.
Went directly to Appliances and found the Diane who helped me pick the refirgerator I wanted.
I like coming to this store but after today.. I don't know. Just spent $600 on lumber, went to rent an auger the worker named Don, was a real smart ass and condescending. He asked me a question I replied I did not know. He rudely said to pull out my smartphone and call my brother and to get the answer. My brother came in, told him what happened and he said that we would dig the holes hand.
Worst customer service ever! Came here to shop for blinds for our home. Had a pretty good idea what we wanted but wanted to get prices and order the blinds. Looked at blinds for 15 minutes (not needed just waiting on someone to show up to help us). Finally we stopped an associate who paged some help. Eric showed up, he didn't smile and wasn't friendly at all, and asked what we needed help with. I told him what we were looking for. He stated that he had to "get a book". This is the WORST PLACE TO GO! Husband went inside and waited for 30 minutes and asked several different employees for help finding a part for a shower and no one would help.
THEY SUCK I HAVE SPENT ABOUT 12000 WITH THEM ON THE LAST YEAR I OREDED SOME CABINETS THEY SEND ME THE WRON ONES NOT WHAT I WAS SHOWED THE SAID I WAS STUCK WITH THEM CUS THE PERSON THAT HELP ME WAS NOT WORKING THER ANY MORE IF I WANTED WHAT I WAS SHOWED I HAD TO PAY MORE I WAS SHORT SOME PARTS I REAORDED THEM AND THER WERE WRONT AFTER I SHOWED HIM A PICTURE OF WHAT I WANTED I LEFT A MESAGE STILL NO CALL BACK THEY SUCK!!!!!
Worst customer service ever! I have NEVER gone into this store and received even fair customer service. We were forced to purchase a riding mower from them this summer (the only place in town that had the mower with the motor we needed), we waited 45 minutes for assistance then another 30 minutes to spend $4000 at the register. Only shop here if forced to.
