Actually learn how to place an order for a customer. store manager simply said that the assistant department manager didn't know how to order correctly.
We walked in the store Tuesday hoping they could help me. Want to redo kitchen and the older lady that was there at the time was not helpful at all. She wanted me to wait for a designer to come in (because he knew it all). Well I think they should have someone to help you when you’re there and not have to wait or come back ( I’m from out of town). Took some pamphlets home and left..

Had to return a bathtub-cracked around the drain and the legs were uneven. STEPH in customer service was extremely rude when we told her about the tub. She was so put out that she had to help us. Once we got the tub into the store, all she could do was talk smack-practically threw the receipt to my daughter. We had no idea if she refunded the money or not-couldn’t get off the phone long enough to tell us. Decided to no longer shop at Home Depot. Brought in a delivery and the receiving clerk was very rude
Terrible customer service. I came in to rent some equipment for my husband. They wouldn’t even look at me, let alone talk to me. So I left without the equipment. There are other places to rent equipment.
We bought a GE dishwasher in June, and the people who installed it, didn’t mount it correctly, it fell apart within 2 weeks, now the gasket lining came off. 😡
Its always a fucking pain in the ass to deliver stuff to any of their fucking stores if they make an appointment and i get there in time why do i have to wait always is bull shit we truckers are the backbone of their business but they dont give a fuck. Its so fucking frustrating You guys dont like your trucks to be held for hours so why make us wait And the fucking attitude the receivers have all the time ���. If you dont want to deal with us dont FUCKING ORDER NOTHING PLAIN AND SIMPLE ���
