Just lost our business. Ordered a stove online for my son to deliver at the St. Joseph store. Figured out on Saturday 8/1/2020 that I did something wrong. Went back online to reorder, sale was off. St. Joe store said they would check the dot com and call me back. Never did. I called 8/2 to follow up. They told me to call dot com myself. Nice woman helped. LYING about city ordinances doesn't lend your business any credibility in the local community. STOP IT!
We went in today and the door greeters which were 4 of them were standing there closer than 6 feet apart judging people/talking about how the older lady just bought her "essential" mulch. We also heard more comments like this as we entered the store. After hearing this i was INFURIATED! I was planning on a large purchase of 100 bags of pine bark nuggets but decided not to purchase them after hearing those comments. Some of us were laid off but wishing we were still working! Everything I wanted was a special order, half their merchandise is either crushed or tore. Bought a box of shiplap boards half of a case out of 4 where broke. Tony in lumber was extremely helpful and was great to deal with....
I'd like to thank employees Nathan and Guthre for going above and beyond helping me stuff my purchase into my vehicle. I filled out the survey that was e-mailed to me but there was no where to mention them. Your help was greatly appreciated!
Thank you to the wonderful staff for allowing us to hang out with you for 5 hours with our dog until I29 opened up. (we were even offered a place to stay for the night!). We made it home safely last night!
Don’t even bother. We went there multiple times and basically been ignored by all staff. Which is sad considering we wanted to spend quite a bit of money. Took our business to Menards
Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator. It was delivered with three dents in the stainless steel. Replacement came today. It was even more damaged. Two days off work for two refrigerators. No one cares. Are you kidding?? I wish I could care this little about my work, product and customer service.
