I have been a loyal customer for over 16 yrs currently have a Samsung washer that was purchased at the downtown Tulsa Home Depot it's been broken now a month purchased the extra warranty repair people have been out twice still not repaired contacted the store 8-13-2020 lady manager working this morning assured me I would be contacted regarding this problem still no answer from Home depot left message with repair company to call haven't heard from them either beware

Just a PSA don’t use #HomeDepot for flooring. Their installation people obviously don’t want to work or are interested in taking money to do their job. I’ve only been trying to get a quote completed for a week and a half! #dontwanttowork #notgoodforinstallation
