Usually excellent....but I am trying to buy one box of a tile to do a repair. It comes in two colors. The store has one color. The web sight shows the color I want. They have the same order numbers so I cannot choose a color. Have called the store twice today and sent an email this AM to online. Talked to the Live Chat people. No one knows what to do. In Springfield, OH. Guess I will be shopping at Rite Rug or Buddy's. They distinguish between the two colors.
The manager that was at the check out this afternoon,could take a few lessons from her associates. She was pretty snippy with me,while checking out. The manager along with her attitude.Helped me make up my mind NOT to get my daughter a gift card from there. She is a new home owner,and I was looking to get a gift card as well at check out. The young ladies in paint were awesome. Thanks for your help.
