Ordered a tiller online because you don’t carry them in stock. Always before we got the military discount when we come to pick it up. Man at desk said he has to send it back and order it again. Seems policy is different with every employee. Just sent it back and getting it elsewhere.
Visited here because my mother recently moved and wants to change blinds in the whole house. The employee that was assisting her was so very helpful. She needed guidance on what to buy and helped her with her options and even how she could order other options not available in store. While in the middle of helping her one of the managers rudely interrupts and tells him he has other customers. Highly disappointed. My dryer was damaged during the delivery process of my washer, which in turn has costed me my dryer and over $300 in labor. I spent $700 on a washer in the beginning of July that I still cannot use. I called the store they send me to a claim department that handles all of these things they say and a month later they denied my claim stating that I don’t have enough proof, even though I have sent them pictures and my land lord was willing to talk to them. The guy in home appliances wouldn’t even get off his phone to see if we needed any help. Just sat there scrolling. I would be fired from my job.

I waited on hold for over an hour for online customer service. I was wanting a price to be honored for something that was out of stock and came back in stock 3 days later for a different price. She said they had no proof it was on sale because I didn’t put it in my cart. Well online if it is out of stock you can’t put it in your cart you can only enter an email to be notified when it is back in stock. Crappy customer service for sure. Attached a photo of it on sale but they have no idea!
jerks...make a handicap person run around the store 3 times just to get a price on a grill.... do i need a grill that bad when their that rude...and rural king has same for less???
The people at this Home Depot go out of their way to help you out. Great Job to all the staff and management.
