Normally I can't complain about this store, but we were remodeling our kitchen this winter. Ordered cabinets on 12-26-16. 3 weeks later the order came in only to find out after we got them home that 5 were wrong. Well now 3 weeks later still waiting for cabinets. Got to believe I won't be doing much future business here.
Good luck if you need to make a return and you paid with a debt card. Get cash if at all possible. Love the management telling you you are wrong no mater what you say
went to make a purchase this morning and was told mynorser would have to be special order and she didnt want to bother the person that would have to do it. I'm so pissed at the customer service. I usually tell my husband to always go to Home depot because of customer service..... You guys have proved me wrong today. Shameful.
