horrible customer service. Miss the "old" Home Depot where they actually have qualified employees and not deadbeats!
I was given a time window for my carpet installation by the installers of 10-2... first of all what kind of window is 10-2? Thank you for wasting my entire day that I took off from work. So they call at 1:58 and say they'll be there in 10 minutes (past my window)... at 2:36 they call and say they'll be there in 5 minutes. I paid 1400$ and a wasted day of work for new carpet. What an inconvenience for myself and my daughter today.
Omg customer service is wonderful when u get to them. Someone ordering blinds for soo long in front of me. Need more than I person. Same thing at doors. Guy was great but waaay to long of a wait. Paint not too bad. Stuff out of stock. Omg. Not my kind of place.

I used to shop here quite often but never will again after what happened to my friend today. She bought a new appliance for her elderly father, for it to his home and hooked up, and it doesn't work. When she called the store she was told "So bring it back." when CLEARLY the only acceptable response would have been an apology for the trouble she's been through, an offer to deliver a new working one ASAP while taking away the deficient one, and a gift card for the extra wait time.
