I love this store always helpful
I walked in today and was greeted by Tim. I needed plastic to wrap suitcases in b/c I was transporting them to the airport in the back of a pickup truck. Tim found me three large bags in the garden section and all I had to do was buy a roll of duct tape! Thanks to Tim our luggage will arrive dry in Amsterdam! 👍🏻
Bought a new washer. Was given a delivery window of 12 - 4. Was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. At 3:30 I called and was told the window is just an estimation. I asked "So they could show up at 6?" I was told that they are off the road by 7. What??? So the window is 12 - 7 then. Wth??? The gentleman on the phone just kept advising that it's just an estimation. What a wasted day. Never again.
They have really really got to get it together!! Horribly staffed, horribly run, horribly managed and horribly trained! The few good employees they actually have are treated poorly, paid poorly and utilized very poorly. No one has any clue what's going on, no product knowledge at all. I am the construction manager of a company that spend HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars with this corporation every year out of sheer convenience and if they were other options I promise we would not give you any more money. Brought our English bulldog with us. Home Depot is one of the few stores that lets him in. Each and every single employee we met loved him, petted him and was awesome to him. They are so friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great shopping experience!
