youre better off driving to any other homedepot. the extra 30 minute drive will be compensated by not spending an hour in curbside pickup and the agony of dealing with their terrible management. Never.again. over the past few years we've spent a good $6000+ there. That stops now. Today, we ordered some wood for curbside pickup. Got the confirmation it was ready and left for the store. there website is not accurate. It says in one store it had 10 of the item I looking for but no item in stock. go to another store where website says 44 item in stock and had none.
Massachusetts has a mandatory face mask directive right now. I went into Home Depot in West Springfield, Massachusetts, today and noticed that nearly 50% of their staff weren't wearing their masks over their noses and of those, at least three employees were wearing it around their chin. I called the manager about it because it really peeved me when one of the ones with it around her chin came within a foot of me to answer a question. I have tried calling them 5 times this morning wasting over an hour total time and never getting the department that i wanted.The last call it was ringing for 13 min and then went click,click and when into a busy signal.very frustrating.When the receptionist originally answered this call,i even told her that i had been trying 4 times previously and that was the last i heard from any human....
The guys in lumber and Laura the cashier were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and helpful despite being overwhelmed by crowds of customers.
Was in Home Depot today half the ppl NO masks No one cleaning carts No one way isles it was a free for all No six feet distancing ppl reaching over my shoulder in isles this was crazy I will NOT be back I feel store should be a little more responsible at least how many ppl in store this was a horrible experience I will not be back anytime soon
Close down. The phone system is ridiculous, I am trying to buy a Gas Range and they will deliver but they will not hook it up because of social distancing as I was told when I called.....That makes no sense.
Paul/Benny were life savers tonight when our sump pump went out at 7pm after store had closed. We would have had a flooded basement. Thank you for a job well done!
