You need to re-think the companies you use for installation! After answering every question imaginable regarding our home in order to set up the installation for a new dishwasher we bought, the installers arrived and decided that -- nope, we can't install because of the type of floor you have and the way it was installed!! My dad and I went in looking for some things and asked an employee for help. She gave us directions as to where to go to find what we needed. It wasn't there. So we asked another employee on that side of the store; she didn't know what it was we were asking about and asked another employee. The other employee, amongst a few swear words, directed us back to the other side of the store (which is where we started this quest.) Again, no dice.
