Worst experience and the rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I needed 4 storage containers. An older gentleman helped me find two containers. Then two female employees (1) white (1) black who I assume were managers or supervisors got involved when I asked about the other containers. They told yeah we have those somewhere in the the store and walked off. When I asked them if they were going to help me locate them they said you’ll just have to look around the store they’re on a pallet somewhere and maybe up high on a rack!!... read more
Had to wait 30 mins for someone to cut my custom mini blinds. Three employees call for assistance. Finally the fourth call someone came to help me.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for help and still don't get no hep . I had to pick up on a toilet myself . Poor customer service at this store. Always to busy
Even though it's a very busy store, help is hard to find. I'm in and out all the time closest to our home. Yesterday waited total over 30 mins for help. Third trip to store and as I said if I had help the first time?! Not enough workers for the amount of people. Think I'll drive an extra mile to Lowes!
