Can't get no help plus order a gas dryer a month ago they push me off cuz dryer makes noises they re order me on da month ago haven't got it yet
Customer service is great!!! 2-of my familys homes have flooded and a re- model for me! We have been busy so...Home Depot has been there for me! �
Never a problem..... Sometimes you wait in line a while but look at the baskets and carts in front of you.... If I can't find it , I don't wait for someone to come to me , I seek someone out.... They too need to hire more checkout personnel ..... But at least it ain't Wally World....
This store definitely needs new management. How do you lose a whole order? They couldn't find it and didn't care that they couldn't find it... The manager Mike tells me he couldn't find my order and just left and didn't come back.... this was the worst customer service ever in the whole wide world!
George in the garden department was very knowledgable , I would say... An expert!
I've been standing to get some plywood ripped for over 20 mins. Spoke to 4 different employees passing by, called customer service, called the lumber department. Guess we're heading to Lowes around the corner. No one here is interested in selling wood today!
