One of my worst experience ever at this home depot. Went in to buy wood to build a bookshelf and coffee table. Some of the lumber needed to be cut down and that is where the problem was. The guy wasn't very friendly and cut all the wood wrong. Spent a hundred dollars on wood and going to still have to cut some off of it and some was to short. It's amazing how you tell a person what you want and still don't get it. I will not be returning back to this store.
I went to a specific item and ran into a worker named Clarence. Clarence was the best ever! He gave me advice on what to buy and then insisted it was totally put together before he would let me leave. Usually once you purchase something they could care less if you knew what you were doing, but not in this case. I will definitely be back and if I see Clarence I will make sure to ask for him!!
I totally recommend Jacob. He went out of his way to help me today with a flag spotlight. My son is deployed and I always shine a light on it at night. The one I had bought before played out in less than a month. He got it taken care of for me in no time. You should be proud to have associates like Jacob! Please let him know I told you about him! What a nice young man!!
Most of the time you get good advice and friendly service. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help, and sometimes the employees can be a bit ornery, but overall it's a good place to shop. I do find I need to go to an old-fashioned hardware store for some items. And The Home Depot is Dog Friendly!
No help on floor to assist in finding products to purchase. Product selection very limited! Big store with very bad customer service...

I would like to give a big "THANK YOU" to April Moss, Deja Cooper, and Ty Cummiws for a job well done. I had a birthday party at Home Depot on Chenal for my son who turned 6. This was the best birthday party he has ever had. Everyone loved it. Homer also stopped by to say Happy Birthday and take pictures with all the kids. Again thanks ladies. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!
