We ordered a chainsaw in store to have it delivered to our home. While ordering the chainsaw, it was ringing us at the incorrect price. It took them three employees and 45 minutes to figure out how to correct the price. Then, when we noticed the chainsaw had not been delivered by the expected delivery date, we immediately contacted the store. They informed us that the purchase was cancelled. We had not canceled it. Visited Friday We paid for our grill and went to customer service to have it delivered. Laangela was the young lady we had the pleasure of meeting. She didn’t quite know how to set it up but she didn’t give up. She kept working diligently until she figured it out. Apologizing often. The manager said she was new. Awful delivery, or lack of, experience
The Home Depot Little Rock store does not enforce a mask policy so there are customers risking my health wearing no masks. Also, many employees do not wear the mask over their noses. Some employees also do not social distance.
Earlier in the week I had a curbside pickup order and it went flawless. Today, I had a pickup order and it took 3 people and 30 minutes to "find" it. They kept saying it had been picked up yesterday, and I didn't even make the order until this afternoon. For some reason they also kept referring to the order earlier in he week. They had two completely different order numbers... I won't use their pickup service again.
