I purchased 300 bags of topsoil this morning to be picked up over the next 2 days. I went to pick the 3rd load and they had sold my topsoil that I has already paid for to another customer. The store managers solution is to refund my money or for me to put my project off until they get additional product in. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

HAD MY WALLET STOLEN, THE THIEF WENT TO THIS LOCATION USED MY CREDIT CARD NOT ONCE BUT TWICE AND WAS NEVER ASKED FOR ID EVEN AFTER THE CARD WAS DECLINED DURING THE 2ND PURCHASE NO ONE ALERTED ANYONE.....THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CHECKING IDS ON CREDIT CARD PURCHASES, HOPING THAT YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS WERE WORKING SO THE CPD CAN SEE WHO AND WHICH REGISTER WAS BEING USED
Thanks so much for the Christmas presents from Santa! My kids loved them. We have more respect for you all then Lowe's! When the kids did the letter I didn't expect to receive gifts in return I just figured it would be a letter back if that! Once again thanks for all you do!
