The associates are friendly, they make sure customer smile out of the store.
I contracted with this store to have a new granite countertop installed. The installer they used did a horrible job. My kitchen looks horrible! The countertop is sitting about an inch above the cabinets. You can look under the counter straight out the other side, It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word from this store. The installer, Arteylye won' t return my calls. Don't purchase countertops from theses guys!
Rude.inconsiderate to a veterans needs...in annapolis of all places
I called about an online order that was damaged when I received it. Since it was too large for me to return to the store, I had an extra dilemma on what to do. After being transferred around to several mangers who ultimately transferred me to "returns" I was promptly told by the woman...and I quote "I dunno what u can do. Ain't nuthin we can do. It's on you." I ended up being helped by another store, but that took 3 people to help me at all. I'm utterly disgusted at being treated so poorly and spoken to that way. I will neve... read more
Meriel Wheatley in kitchen design is awesome. She helped me design the kitchen of my dreams. She is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help with the hundreds of questions that would pop up. It was amazing to watch her computer skills as she design my kitchen and redesigned it over and over until it was exactly as I wanted it. Her eye for detail is outstanding and her suggestions were greatly appreciated. If you want to do anything to your kitchen, make an appointment with Meriel, you won't be disappointed.
