I’m having the absolute worst experience ever getting my cabinets from Home Depot. My order was placed in December and here we are March and I’m STILLLLL WAITING on the cabinets. Getting someone here to answer questions and give you accurate answers has been IMPOSSIBLE. NEVERRRRR AGAINNNNN
The people cannot speak English. WTF, the General Manger should be executed for allowing this to happen to the Home Depot Brand
my visit today was pleasant and staff were helpful but, I am not a fan of self check out. I hate using it as I see it as bad customer service , it is NOT my job and I'm sure it isn't keeping prices lower. Not having a choice to actually go to a cashier is irritating to say the least. In my eyes, self check out is akin to outsourcing phone calls and lengthy automated systems.

you suck!! brand new washer delivered Wednesday died Thursday night. called 9am Friday morning after countless phone calls all day still no resolution. none. and they never called me back. I had to call for updates. further now its after 5pm on Friday so sorry still cant resolve and now no answers until Monday at earliest. oh and by the way if we get you new washer it will be weeks before we can deliver it to you!! lol!! no concern whatsoever for the customer. total joke! I will never shop here again! You suck!!!!
