Hands down the best all around experience in a home improvement store, unfortunately the lighting selection isn't as good as Lowe's but everything else including customer service blows the competition away.
I always am greeted and everyone is helpful. It seems more personable than the larger Home Depots.
Customer Seevice sucks! Greg in the cutting dept where wood was unprofessional and sarcastic! Lowes is where my money will go!
I'm in Home Depot a lot, 2 - 4 times a day some time and there have been times I have been up to four times in a single day. I've only have had one problem dealing with this conpany I had a order for some pressure treated lumber and I was called and told it was ready for pick up however when I got there the order wasn't even pulled! Other than that the store and associates are always in order and helpful. You may have to wait for assistance on days when they are busy but what store isn't like that? I was in your store for over an hour today. The people in flooring acted like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions. I gave up. I went to toilets. I had to go looking for someone to help. Someone in paint paged someone. Nobody came. After waiting for about half an hour, I went to customer service. The lady pages the manager. Again, a long wait. I asked for corporate's phone number and left. Thank you Mark in paint and Marcia at customer service. You two were very helpful!
Paint desk had horrible customer service on 7/16/16 took me over a hr to get my paint
absolutely horrible experience with a custom door I ordered. Still getting the run around trying to get it fixed. The worst part is I had to pre-pay, so they don't seem to really care.
