The salesmen in plumbing had no information he cared to share until I had already spoke on the phone in front of him with a knowledgeable rep from Lowe's home improvement who answered my question with ease. The other lump I spoke to was more worried about his mustache and pointing off into the random distance than actually helping people find what they need.
The employee that helped us was very concerned about our needs and asked if we were okay.
Couldn't even be used as a bad example. I was hassled a year ago over using a copy of my dd214 as proof of service for the military discount ( thank you for that) . Eventually manager caved, have returned a few times never show either ID and only purchase if I can't make it to the Lowe's on 12th. The discount meh, it's the lack of respect for customers you feel in the store that keeps me out. Ask customers how they are doing and what brings them in, not hard.
Horrible service. Employees wondering aimlessly. Walking right by never asking if we need help.
Wiener schnitzel is gonna be one by Coors and Montano Corner Rd.
Worst customer service ever! Refrigerator supposed to be delivered today but no call. I called to check only to find out the delivery date was changed to next week. We were not notified and when I called customer service they only had excuses. I was told that I needed to call the manufacturer since they caused the delay. Terrible customer service all around. Will never shop at Home Depot again.
