RecommendedIn the bathroom department had a gentlemen that took his time finding what I needed on line (cast iron bath tub & drain) to order, then found the toilet I wanted, brought it up to the service desk for me, asked about the faucet & shower that showed out of stock on the website, found it in the store and provided. He was an exceptional employee, and I thank him for his wonderful service!
I bought a frig for my elderly parents and it arrived damaged. Got a # from the non-Home Depot delivery guy who said “you got 48 hours to get ahold of someone at Electrolux,” but “I bought a Frigidaire😳” Not a good sign. After 1 hour on hold with Frigidaire/Electrolux, I hung up and tried Home Depot 3x. Finally got “customer service.” A very nice young man Max gave me another # which I tried but to no avail. Just watched Mary Ellen spray a child in the face with disinfectant while trying to clean carts. The child complained about her eyes and mouth being sprayed. Not my child none of my business. However when she came back to do it again I mentioned to please not spray it again in the wind because the child had just been sprayed. She ushered everyone In until I was next. Despite the fact that our numbers are rising and the governor ordered everyone to wear mask, Home Depot is not requiring it. They show very little regard to the majority of their customers and their employees because of a minority of selfish people. As someone who is doing a lot of work on my home, it is disappointing I have to find somewhere else to shop who cares about the community and their employees. I do not recommend you shop here.

Used online buying said there were 11 of the item I wanted in stock at this store so I ordered paid and site said they would email me when ready to pick it up that same day!! Well that was Saturday and today is Monday and still no word on my stuff... been on hold with them for 25 mins now
The paint department personal at this location is incompetent and can not mix the type of paint I needed, they instead tried to mix a stucco paint I didn’t need over the elasticmeric paint I did need. The paint supervisor on duty even has the nerve to call me stupid because I refused to buy the paint they choose over the one I asked for. I highly recommend that anyone that has issues emails their cooperate office and launch a complaint. Zero stars! Go to Lowe’s their customer service is far superior!
Worst customer service ever! Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes, ask the girl behind the paint desk if they have anymore wood and stain sealer in maple brown. She checked the shelve, and walk away. Never returned. Went to Customer Service, the girl behind the desk said, “ oh I don’t anything know about paint” and sent me back to paint. Most people work there are clueless.
