nice people ..at HOME DEPOT ...but the delivery company ..sucks big time..don't use it pick up ur own purchase...butt holes to the max..lazy people..if u have kids ..disabled family members..or old ...don't expect any special treatment..been without appliances nearly 6 days..because..I missed the call..I was told...: we can't be calling people 200 times..missed one call...
They suck you can never find anybody that knows anything they send you all around the store and then when you finally get to the place that you need to be you find that one person that actually know something but there's only one out of maybe 50 to 60 people �
This is the location I go to since it's close to home so I would say this is my local store. I haven't had a bad experience at this location. Nothing stellar as far as customer service; it's just okay. Most of the employees are very helpful when asked a question but never proactive.
About four years ago, I purchased carpeting and installation thru Home Depot only to have additional charges because of a seam would not work. Now they have a sale on garage door and installation, so I said give HD a chance. So again the "installer" requires an additional $130.00 so it will fit right! This is no way to treat Veterans with over 30 years of service. I called to complain and the salesperson, Julie said it was out of their hands and the company treats military and Veterans right, I DON'T THINK SO!!!
Scammed by hardwood flooring guy who advertised on Craigslist and picked up my order from HD and didn't deliver my materials. Despite my repeated calls to HD assistant managers, to notify about this, the suspect returned the materials and put half the items on a gift card for himself. He came back the next day and used the card. I was told the card could not be deactivated as it was the weekend and the loss mitigation department was closed. I'm trying to get reimbursed and no response from Home Depot.
We always look forward for the first Saturday of each month.All the kiddos get to do hands activitys building something knew�so much Fun!!!!
