They are the best location. Always have what I need the front desk goes beyond what is needed to assist with my needs. I can order online and go into the store and it's ready for pick up.
Never get any assistance when here, you have to go find someone, when you do find someone they will tell you they have 1 person in front of you, you wait 10 mins & they have taken another person ahead of you! Awful customer service!!
My husband was in the Army. When he asked about using the military discount he was told NO! The store associate's reason was because he didn't have a military ID. On the back of my husband driver's license it clearly states that he is a veteran. Needless to say , we are incredibly disappointed and will no longer be customers of the Home Depot in Bowie. The Annapolis store was more then happy to accept his veteran status. This store has been going down hill for years, but this is the final straw!!!!
I called Home Depot to see if they had a dishwasher in stock. After going through the endless phone menu I get to a live person. I ask if they have dishwashers in stock. I can hear the person turn to someone else and say "do we sell dishwashers?". The best part is they transfer me to the "correct" department and the phone rang for a minute and a half before I just gave up. Really?
