Great customer service. We left part of our flower pot project that Hayden put together and painted at Home Depot little builder/arts & crafts. Wendy saved it for us!
Lack customer service and are not helpful. They send you in different directions when I asked if someone would assist me.
Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Prepaid for a role of carpet, went to pick it up and somehow it was lost. They never found it either! Asked if we wanted to order a new role of carpet and wait another 10 days... no. Taking our refund to Lowe's. Horrible experience. Never going again!
I received wonderful service today from the associate April. I walked into the store with a return and I was immediately approached by her with offers of assistance. I went to another store earlier in the day and was actually turned away and told to go to the Bowie store. I will definitely bypass the Home Depot closest to my home and be going to the Bowie one for all of my needs.
