I used the online ordering to save time in the store. Also called to verify sink base was there and it was. Went the next day to pick up and waited over an hour to be told they don’t have it!!! They found it at another store and told me I would have it Wednesday morning between 6-10, promise. At 11:45, I called to find out where it was. My call was answered at 12:40 and I was told it delivered at 12:15. Looked outside and it was sitting in the rain. Ordered a grill on May 27th. Still waiting for it . Called to inquire for the last 3 days (since the grill cover and grilling utensils have already arrived) and sat on hold for over an hour each time only to be disconnected. Extremely disappointed. About to cancel my order and stick with Lowe’s (since it’s the same distance and they don’t pull this crap).
The customer service in the kitchen area socks. Young lady please listen to our needs prior to stable you can't help. I will be reaching out to your corporate office and sharing with other potential customers.
yea, but next time customer service, take the first person in line and dont look over me to help the next person in line instead 😉
