everytime I go there, I can't seem to get anyone to help me load up my car even after I ASK. I buy a lot top soil and retaining wall bricks that are overwhelming to load by myself and the associates just watch me struggle. They just lost my business
The associate was acting like she was LP. I was purchasing several containers and a trash can. She looked around every tube even though they were stacked up. She looked inside of the trash can even after I told her that was all I had. She asked if the lids went with the tubes. My response was "Well I hope so." I have never been so blatantly accused of stealing in my life.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had just now with a cashier named Renea. If you are going to be that rude to people don't work in customer service.
I have been to several Home Depot, and I'm always treated so well, everyone is always so helpful. This one, I wish I would have gotten his name, but he , the employee,was so nice. He help me load up a bunch of tile, followed me around the store to help me load up more, followed me to the cash register and waited for me in a check out, and walked with me out to my car. Excellent customer service, my favorite one so far!!
