Walked out of there with the garden confidence of a yard knome, it was great.
Awful customer service will never go back to this location again. Even the manger was a A**hole not willing to help would rather loose a customer than to make things right.
Everyone there was very helpful and very patient with us. We bought quite a bit tonight and kept them there after closing. A very special thanks to Shelia (appliances but went above and beyond to help us with it all), Rudy (in flooring)Chase (I believe in lumber);They were so kind to help us pick everything we needed and load it on our trailer. They ensured we had everything we came for before we left. Beyond exceptional service that I don’t see at most competing stores. We WILL be back.
If I can't find exactly what I want, H.D. people will get it for me!!!
Best Home Depot I've been to. The staff was so friendly and helpful I couldn't believe it. I work in customer service and I'm rarely surprised, but they impressed me. I'll definitely be going back to this Home Depot.
Very disappointed with the delivery of a new appliance. Called the store several times and asked to speak to a manager who told us he'd call us back but never did. We still don't have the dryer vent hose that we paid for and we discovered Home Depot washed their hands of this as soon as they took our money.
Waited 20 minutes for help with sheet rock. Had someone paged twice and nobody showed up. Drove 1/2 mile to lowes and had help as soon as I walked through the door. Spent $338 at lowes on sheet rock and tools and spent less time in the store than I did just waiting for help loading sheet rock at home depot.
