We had our cabinets refaced last April, the installers had to wait another month for the corner pieces for the cabinets to come in. They did not attach them they just stuck them on and left. They started falling off. I have called 5 times since Feb 5th, not to mention the 5 calls today to different numbers. If you get any work done and Home Depot contracts it out, they take absolutely no responsibility for the installation. They will not send anyone out to attach the corner pieces. I went to Quail Springs Home Depot today about five after three and I waited over 20 minutes and had someone called to the hardware department three different times. Nobody ever arrived. My time is more valuable than to be standing around with people talking and not helping. I will take my business to my local hardware store

this store is awful, ordered 4ft rebar for pick up yesterday. I arrive with my girlfriend and our kid and wait for 30 minutes and they bring out the wrong size. they then go back in to look for the right size about 20 minutes later and a screaming crying baby in the backseat, they call and tell us they don't have 4ft but they would get us something different so tell them to give me 6ft... yet again they call and said they don't have that but they have 10ft, I told them to cut it and bring it out, you know since I've been wai... read more
It's clear the sales associate at Home Depot who help you at self check out are much less concerned with helping you and much more concerned that you're not stealing. If you're going to make me self check out, and then assume I'm stealing something I'll shop at Lowes. Trust me I'm not stealing your $0.79 cardboard boxes. Smh.
