I was accused of stealing tonight because the ac disconnect I purchased felt too heavy to the clerk. Nevermind that she had no idea what it was, but she checked the price twice, then proceeded to open the box, remove the unit and start taking it apart! When asked, the clerk told me that opening all boxes is standard practice due to the high amount of theft. I'm not buying that, and definitely would not recommend this store to anyone!
I bought a appliance from location, we had it delivered, get this they have it sub out to a delivery service called baileys. The deliver guy did damage to my door and door frame, and was cussing while he was here in front of children and my wife, Home Depot nor baileys want to make it wright, the want to put a band aid on this an make us go way! I will for builders and also run a Business an see about 50 to 60 people a day, so if this is how u treat you customers, word of mouth and media is the key! I will never go back here... read more
RANT::::: I went in to Home Depot at 7620 nw expressway okc 73132 on May 25th to buy a storm door and an interior door. It literally took 2 hours to order these doors then they insisted I pay for an installer to come out and measure my doors even though I already gave them the measurements. So the installer calls me late that same night to schedule an appointment. He calls me back the next morning and changes the time. Good luck trying to find someone to help you. When you finally locate someone they can't find what you are looking for and have no expertise to answer your questions. Very disappointing. :-(
