Silly me to think that ordering online would be better than going into the store to make a purchase. To avoid dealing l with employees who do not want to do their job. I wouldn't recommend using their website either. It is not even 1 ⭐️ worthy.

Never going back! Treat your customers nicer or they will be like me and never return. Staff is zero help and extremely rude to customers. I had already paid and was stopped on my out the door. A rude lady says “ I need to see your receipt now!” I thought to myself what ever happen to sir and please. I have no more respect for Home Depot. Not the 1st problem I’ve had with them, but I promise it will be the last.
This store is lacking in customer service,we spent over and hour just to purchase a drill and 5 boards..The guy helping us with the drills was clue less but acted like he knew..The girl that the lady on the register up front called to help us,so back to boards we go then she was totally honest and told us she didn't know where the boards we wanted were, not let me get you some help or her go help us..that would be to hard.. Need less to say we won't be back our first and last time at home depot...LOWE'S ALL THE WAY!
I was very disappointed in the organization of the Kid's Workshop today. We registered for the Gingerbread House build, but I guess that doesn't mean much because the kits were gone when we arrived. If the projects are "first come first serve" then from now on please indicate as such.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would watch out if you want them to install anything. I paid to have a garage door opener and the installer never called. I got a full refund.
