Nothing like getting home from our local Home Depot on NW Expressway.....to only find the gallon of beautiful paint that took an hour to decide on the RITE color OF GREY ....ALL OVER THE TRUNK, Packages, AND BRAND NEW RUG..OF OUR CAR.....UGH. NOW WHAT?
Lumber is always out of stock. Could be fixed by simply ordering more lumber? And putting it up on the shelves. Can't be that hard.
I already love Home Depot, but this one is probably the best in customer service. Every time I visit, there is never a shortage of friendly and knowledgeable people available to answer my questions, or point me in the right direction when I'm looking for something specific. Even just in passing, they always make it a point to say hi, and ask how I'm doing. Great store!

So bought a washer had to wait a week for delivery only to have the third party delivery company refuse to install bc it would require them to move the existing dryer that was in the laundry closet. Had to return washer and get refund. Went to Lowes a few hours later, bought comparable washer for $300 less. It will be installed TOMORROW and they have no problem moving the dryer to install the washer! Guess where I'm buying my major appliances from now on?
Nice to visit, but I sure do like shopping online and having things shipped to my door.
