Most times I avoid shopping in Middletown, but I might just bring my business here more often� staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even had a good laugh with the people working the lumber department. Extremely huge improvement from the Monroe store, will definitely be back ��
This is about the Wallkill #1242 store, one of the better Home Depots I frequent. AS contractor I regularly buy from about 5 different HD locations and less often from another 5-6. Wallkill and Monticello are tied for the the best. Always well stocked and a friendly helpful staff. Contrast that with the Brooklyn store 1225 which gets a negative star rating as its an absolute horror show.
I ordered a gardening cart Feb 9th in the store special order and paid in full. I received texts from Home Depot then a call that the cart arrived and they were putting together. I went to pickup and to my surprise was not what I ordered. The store assistant manager said that the item was unavailable and offered nothing. No discount just take it or leave it as did customer service. I am now shopping for a new cart elsewhere. Beware of what you buy on line at Home Depot!
LOST DOG - Lost small beige female 11 lb dog. No collar. Lost yesterday 5/15/16. Lost in Petsmart parking lot but ran towards Home Depot. Please help!!! Call 845-774-5346.
we had my daughter's 3rd birthday party at the store on Saturday. It was such a great time! I want to thank Dyanne for doing such an excellent job. She was the perfect person. The kids loved doing the project and the tour of the store was fun. Also, a big thank you to Lily in receiving and Allison in the paint department. They were so sweet to the kids. Thank you Home Depot for a great time! My daughter loved it!!
We had a microwave installed yesterday after waiting a week. We paid for installation, but afterwards found out that it had been installed incorrectly. Called customer service. We didn't get any customer service. We were told we had to wait until next Tuesday for the installers to come back. That means staying home another day. The staff at the Middletown store is extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable &friendly. My experience there was remarkably more pleasant & successful than at other Home Depot stores in Orange County, NY.
