Great Staff, Great Products This Home Depot has a great staff working there. You can easily find anything you need because the store is kept very well organized. The prices are okay, and the garden center is a great place for great priced flowers, plants, etc...
Friendly and knowledgeable employees. The store in Middletown has been my best experience by far. The garden center is much nicer than any of the other stores I visited this year and their staff is always very informative and knowledgeable on the care of my plants. I always suggest the Middletown store to friends and family. Thank you Home Depot.

RecommendedI would like to say Antoinette in the Middletown store is a great employee. She went out of her way to help us with an online freezer purchase that we could not get delivered because the delivery company Home delivery America kept going to the wrong address. With Antoinettes help many phone calls and two days of giving the same address numerous times we finally received the freezer. Purchased a floor and install. One of the worst 2 year experiences of my life. Poor admin. Had to get lawyers involved. ASM bashing me in public. Was glad to close my account and never go back there again.
Left my pocketbook in a shopping cart and one of the employees Dyanne Went out of her way to track me down leaving me a voicemail this morning and also an inbox on Facebook thanks so much appreciate it glad they’re still good people in this world
