The sales person was very helpful and we purchased a new storm door
A friend just told me they are feeding poison to the birds who are stuck in the store. This is unacceptable!!! The box of poison is in the garden center open to the birds. What if a child eats it. Think people!!!! You sell bird food products how do you think those of us who purchase those products there will feel when we all find out you are killing what we find precious!!! STOP IT!!!!
I recently ordered a gas oven range with this Home Depot. I paid for the delivery/installation and haul away of my old range. Upon delivery they shut off the heating to the entire house. Why would that happen? I called them to remedy the situation but instead they pushed responsibility to the delivery company (which is an affiliate of Home Depot anyway?) and the delivery company of course says it’s Home Depot’s responsibility to fix. I shop here more then any other box store because they have quality tools and the sales associates know what they talk about.
These projects they do for the kids are great! Great fun and experience for the whole family!
My very last time being ignored and shooed away by employees-I went in to grab a few items-asked for assistance-was completely ignored-made a loud "thank you very much"-still ignored-went to get a key and my wife was shooed away like a fly-Lowes is right around the corner-I think the service is much better there-and will do my shopping there from now on
I would like to express my gratitude to Joe and Rich who went out of their way to find me an outdoor timer plug thing that was in the Black Friday circular..They were unable to find it while I was at the store but Joe went out of his way to take my phone number down and promised to call me when they did..no sooner did I leave the store they called to let me know they put one behind the customer service desk for me to pick up..I did also speak to AL the manager saying how impressed with Joe and Rich... everyone in the store w... read more
